Investigator/Founder of Para-Boston. Scott specializes in debunking claims of paranormal activity and has been in articles from FORBES to local newspapers. He has appeared in shows with FEARNET.COM and recently been published in the Book "Ghosts of Boston". Scott has been and continues to be broadcast on shows such as CBS Radio's "Jordan Rich Show" to special appearances on Boston's own Kiss 108FM's "Matty in the Morning Show". He believes the answers lie in the research rather than the investigations and hopes his continuous stride will find concrete proof on the question of whether life after death exists or not.
Investigator. Bart is an experienced investigator with affiliations with New England Ghost Chasers and Boston Paranormal. His interests are EVPs, cryptozoology, UFOlogy, American history, history, and machine operations. Bart's biggest strong points are his lack of fear and his ability to read others.
Webmaster /Investigator. Calvin found his interest in the paranormal at the age of 11 when he learned that the idea of ghosts was not just something people would say "no such thing" about, but people did believe in them. Throughout the years, he enjoyed reading stories and watching tv shows about the experiences of everyday people. Calvin finally decided to get involved in 2008 and hasn't looked back. What was originally intended to be a casual hobby became a true life passion. When he's not chasing ghosts, he can be found at independent wrestling shows looking for the stars of tomorrow.
West Coast Investigator in Training. Jen has been interested in the paranormal for as long as she can remember. She enjoys history, research and hearing other people?s stories. Jen has a degree in Philosophy and is currently pursuing her law degree.
Investigator. Michael produced the full length film 14 Degrees - A Paranormal Documentary. This took years of extensive research to document and participate in dozens of paranormal investigations as well as interview and learn from some of the most respected names in the paranormal field. He has worked with, instructed and consulted for dozens of paranormal teams and investigators across the U.S. and has become a nationally recognized authority on paranormal technology, evidence analysis and scientific investigation techniques. He founded The New England Center for Advancement of Paranormal Science (necaps.org) and is a member of The Association for the Scientific Study of Anomalous Phenomena. Michael has appeared as a paranormal researcher/expert on the TV show Ghost Hunters and CBS Radio's The Jordan Rich Show, as well as a guest speaker at numerous colleges. He has invented and developed several pieces of specialized paranormal equipment and is the founder of The National Registry of Paranormal Investigators (NAROPI.org, the first official paranormal investigator census).
Investigator. Heidi's interest perked because she feared the basement of the house she grew up in. She always felt like she was being watched -- though nothing ever happened. Her interests include: religions/religious beliefs, spirituality, mythology, folklore, legends and myths, American history, historical locations(especially the American Revolution, and the Civil War). She loves a good ghost story and cryptozoology. Heidi is a good reader of people.
Investigator. Paula has a strong interest in the paranormal and has done investigations on her own. She received her B.S. degree from Northeastern University and is a toxicologist/analytical chemist and brings PBI another analytical eye.
Investigator. At age six, Laura and her six year old neighbor had her first possible paranormal experience. She had two more likely experiences at her college in the old Fensgate Building in Back Bay Boston and she has been fascinated with the subject ever since. Laura often books vacations at alleged haunted accommodations and packs along with her toothbrush, a digital camera, a K-2 meter, and an audio recorder hoping to capture proof of paranormal activity. Laura enjoys being walked by her 15 pound Bichon Frise.
Investigator. Bree began paranormal research in 2004, after having had many paranormal experiences growing up in the infamous "Bridgewater Triangle." Bree is a member of the American Association of Electronic Voice Phenomena. She has a B.S. degree in Marine Biology and is currently working as a laboratory manager at a small pharmaceutical oncology drug development company in Cambridge, MA. She is not afraid of ghosts, or sharks, and likes to SCUBA dive during her free time in the summer.
Investigator in Training. Mike's interest in the paranormal began as a child living in a haunted house at the age of 13 in Lynn, MA. His desire is to capture his experiences on audio and video. Mike graduated from Lynn Vocational Tech in 1989 with an electrical concentration and has worked for alarm companies in both Massachusetts and Maine where he was also a firefighter for 7 years. In his down time, he enjoys PC gaming, going to the gym and watching soccer.
Having grown up in the Ohio Valley region not far from the notoriously haunted Moundsville State Penitentiary in West Virginia, Frank has always had an interest in the paranormal and the psychological and medical aspects of reported near death experiences and hauntings. Frank brings his experience in forensic analysis and client interviewing to the team.
